Once submitted, our dedicated team will review your application and contact you shortly thereafter.
2. Regarding commission distribution
Please be informed that commissions are calculated and scheduled for release between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM (UTC+8) on a daily basis. Due to differences in processing volume and data sequencing, some users may experience a slight delay in receiving their commissions. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
3. Which products are eligible for affiliate rebates?
Affiliate rebates are currently available for the following products: Perpetual Trading, Copy Trading and Spot Trading.
Prediction Markets, 1000x, and other products are currently not connected to the affiliate rebate system.
4. Why has my Affiliate Rebate / Direct Client Payback not taken effect?
For the initial setup, both the Affiliate Rebate and Direct Client Payback will take effect on the following day at 00:00 UTC.
For subsequent changes to the Direct Client Payback ratio, the updated ratio will take effect on the same day.
